It is not fake, but has the new "MTN DEW" logo and an orange cap with CoD:MW3 logo, meaning it can be reedeemed for Double XP in MW3. I've drank some of it and I've reedeemed the cap, but I'm holding on to the bottle. I have all the other MW3 flavors (Regular, Diet, Code Red, Voltage, Livewire, Pitch Black. Whiteout, Game Fuel Tropical, and Game Fuel Horde Red) soooooo glad I've got the Baja Blast bottle with orange cap. LOL I do have the Baja Blast bottle.
