In a recent article in the Atlanta-Journal Constitution (hometown paper of Coke), it was mentioned that a vanilla flavor extension for Coca-Cola Zero would be arriving soon:
…The company also has plans for a Vanilla Coke Zero that will be rolled out with the reintroduction later this year of Vanilla Coke, which was put on "hiatus" in 2005 after sales plummeted.
