That is not real Jamaican Irish Moss. If you are ever in Jamaica, ask for Irish Moss at any local bar. The taste is similar, but it doesn't have any hydrogenated oils. It is really an all natural drink and is VERY healthy. Sea moss is gathered and boiled to extract the carageenan from it. Sugar, spices and milk are blended together with the sea moss. Doubtful we'll ever try this beverage again. We did try a swig each and were not overly impressed.
