Sidral Mundet was something I was introduced to when visiting my aunt in Mexico City in the early 50's. She said then it would keep me healthy, and I loved the apple soda flavor so much I always hated that I could only buy it there. Now, over 50 years later, I was stunned and overjoyed to walk into my local Walgreen's in New Mexico and find it sitting there, waiting for me! Thank you, whatever powers that be!

I remember visiting Mexico when I was 12 and getting hit by the "Montezuma curse" by skipping the water but using the ice. Sidral was all I drank or ate, no ice, and it was so good for the tummy but also tasted delicious. Only 2 carbonated drinks I like are Sidral and Jamaica's Ting- they also use real juice (grapefruit)!!
