Review: Mountain Dew Voltage

Mountain Dew Voltage

Mountain Dew Voltage is berry-flavored and decent. Not horrible. Not amazing. A drink built on cookie-cutter promotion, not market demand.

Review: Mountain Dew Supernova

Mountain Dew Supernova

Mountain Dew Supernova — one of 3 finalists in the DEWmocracy campaign for “the next Mountain Dew” — tastes like a syrupy, fake-flavor strawberry soda, similar in execution to Fanta Strawberry, Tropicana Twister Strawberry, and Strawberry Crush. It hides behind the brand awareness of Mountain Dew and the inclusion of ginseng, because as a stand-alone product, it’s not new or innovative. Lackluster at best.

Review: Tropicana Pure Valencia

Tropicana Pure Valencia

Tropicana Pure Valencia is a high-end orange juice made with 100% Valencia oranges. What that means is that this drink is both very tasty and very expensive. But I will admit that the branding lives up to the hype. This is some fine orange juice. Nice job, Tropicana!
