I think that Amp Lightning is rather good, but Amp Traction is my favorite. I love the grape flavor in that one, not to mention the cool-looking black/purple can. I find that Traction is best for maintaining stamina, Relaunch as a morning get-up-and-go formula, Elevate for staying mentally alert, and Overdrive for that extra surge of physical energy. I'm not too sure about the new ones, though, but I thought that the black tea flavor was interesting.

THIS DRINK IS GREAT - read on...

Amp lightning lemonade flavor is quite simply the best stand alone energy drink I have ever tasted. First off I am a fan of lemonade but do not often drink it because it has an acidic feeling that I find burns the throat when consumed. Amp lightning does NOT have this acidic property while at the same time managing to pull off a well balanced lemonade taste.

Often times with flavored energy drinks (like rockstar punched or pomegranite) they tend to be too sweet/strong and I end up watering them down to a pleasant level. Amp lightning to me has the perfect balance of flavor/sweetness which does not make it too strong.

I just ordered a case which I will keep on hand. I usually drink one can a day before work or play to wake up and it really seems to work. My job is at a liquor store so I have tried all different kinds of energy drinks and this one is my favorite. #2 would have to be the green tea amp.

My point is, dont be scared to try this drink if you are afraid of lemon flavored drinks being too strong/sweet/acidic. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I dig the drink quite a bit, and kind of enjoy how it tastes like how I imagine Pinesol might taste. They managed to give it a lemony bite without making the taste more on the side of pure acid.
