Loved it, drank half of it before I left the store and if I did not control myself, I could have easily drank it all! I personally love fruit seeds in my smoothie, love the crunch and thickness, but was a little disappointed when there were none. Especially since this berry mix contains black berries that are big on seeds. Also, seeds are high on antioxidants, which actually exceed the antioxidants of the fruit itself. was a little worried about its calories -140, but now hearing that it is for half of the bottle I feel a lot better.
