There seems to be something that both Michelle Obama and Rush Limbaugh can agree upon: High fructose corn syrup is bad. Two If By Tea is sweetened with sugar and promoted by Limbaugh, however both its Original Sweet Tea and Raspberry Tea flavors are just average in taste.

Fentimans Curiosity Cola provides the feel of a drink from 100 years ago, both in bottle aesthetics and taste. It is sweet, but with a blend of flavors and an almost medicinal hint. With or without food, it is definitely worth trying, if only as a "curiosity." We like it!

We liked Main St. Cafe Protein Smoothies quite a bit, with special emphasis on the Peach flavor. Interesting products as they are shelf-stable, but potentially offer the opportunity for dairy/smoothie products to reach a wider audience than what we're currently seeing in the beverage marketplace.

The Pop Shoppe Pineapple Soda is a winner! Great bottle, good carbonation, and fairly good taste. The flavor really does taste like pineapple, however there is a slight syrupy aftertaste produced by the high fructose corn syrup. Overall, we recommend it for those who enjoy fruit sodas.
