Dr Pepper "Made With Real Sugar" follows in the footsteps of Heritage Dr Pepper as another limited edition sugar-sweetened release of the famed drink, this time celebrating the 125th Anniversary.

7Up is being reformulated in September 2010 to reflect a "crisper" flavor. The last change in formula was in 2006 when the beverage proclaimed "Now 100% Natural".

Sierra Mist Natural and Diet Sierra Mist Natural are closer to becoming reality based on two recent trademark filings by PepsiCo. This activity is dated February/March 2010 and includes image mockups of these new products.

Coke is returning Mello Yello to the frontlines with a package redesign and additional marketing support. The new look, slated for April 2010, is a modern take on the original 1979 design for the soft drink.

After talking with our contacts today, we can confirm that Dr Pepper Snapple Group does have a product slated for First Quarter 2010 which they described as "Dr Pepper with sugar". Think of it as the Dr Pepper version of Pepsi Throwback

Japan is slated for some new, interesting flavors from Coke and Pepsi. Coca-Cola Plus Catechin will have a green tea influence, while Pepsi Shiso sports a basil-inspired taste. These fit in line with other recent oddities from the Land of the Rising Sun, including Pepsi Ice Cucumber, Pepsi Blue Hawaii, and Pepsi White.

Back in 2007, Pepsi released a limited edition flavor of Dew called Mountain Dew Game Fuel that was tied to the release of the Halo 3 game on the Xbox 360. It appears that 2 new versions of Game Fuel are on the horizon, tied to another game… World of Warcraft. So get ready for Mountain Dew Game Fuel Horde Red and Mountain Dew Game Fuel Alliance Blue!
