Coke and Pepsi are rolling out new beverages with a new artificial sweetener based on the stevia plant. Coke is introducing Sprite Green, while Pepsi is featuring 3 flavors of Zero Calorie SoBe LifeWater: Yumberry Pomegranate, Fuji Apple Pear, and Black and Blue Berry.

Pepsi is bringing back a lemon flavor with a beverage called Pepsi Lemon NFL Kickoff. This limited-time soft drink will be available from mid-August through November, and will be tied to the launch of the NFL season. Both regular and diet versions will be available.

Thanks to an image sighting associated with the "Pepsi Stuff" loyalty program, the rumors regarding Sierra Mist Undercover Orange may be confirmed. This mandarin orange-flavored drink appears to be clear in nature, which is rather interesting. It may be tied to an upcoming movie promotion. Would you drink a clear orange soda?

Red Bull is getting into the soft drink market with a cola entry: Red Bull Simply Cola. Angled as a drink derived from 100% natural sources, it's rumored to contain flavors from both the kola nut and coca leaf, most closely resembling the classic cola taste. This is similar to the strategies found with Pepsi Raw and Pepsi Retro.

Coming soon to Mexico: Pepsi Retro, a cane sugar-sweetened beverage that utilizes "natural ingredients", including cola nut extract. Available exclusively south of the border, the drink is another that does away with the use of high fructose corn syrup.
